Registration is free. Prices describe planned service tiers; operational modules, subscription activation, invoicing, and card checkout are not yet available. Final scope is agreed before purchase. RFID tags, readers, RTLS hardware, installation, and custom integrations are quoted separately.

What can I do today?
Register free, verify your email, create an organization, invite admins and users, upload lists or paste email content, and save a plan and payment preference. No payment is collected.
Can I start with an email instead of a spreadsheet?
Yes. After verifying your email and creating an organization, paste the email containing your asset or tray lists into the onboarding form, or upload an EML file. This keeps your submission linked to the correct organization. You can also contact support@cynch.fm for help.
Are there asset or user limits?
Every published service tier includes unlimited assets and users. Individual onboarding uploads have a 15 MB combined limit and up to 10 files per submission.
Do RFID and RTLS require special hardware?
Yes. RFID tags and readers, RTLS devices, installation, and connections are optional and scoped separately. Live tracking is part of the planned operational backend.
How are organizations separated?
Authenticated users access their organization’s records. Tenant admins invite teammates and manage roles. Designated Cynch super admins can support all organizations. Roles are checked on the server.
Will AI make decisions automatically?
The platform direction is evidence-supported AI assistance with people reviewing decisions. AI analysis is not active in this onboarding release. Do not use it for safety-critical or emergency decisions.
