Terms of service

Effective October 29, 2026. These terms apply to Cynch FM’s early onboarding service. Contact support@cynch.fm with questions.

Free onboarding

You may create an account, verify your email, create an organization, invite teammates, submit lists, and save service preferences. You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your organization. Keep your email account and sign-in links secure.

Your organization and data

Only submit information you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of your submissions and permit us to store and use them to provide onboarding and support. Do not upload health records, patient information, credentials, payment card details, unlawful content, or sensitive personal data. Tenant admins control invitations and roles. Designated Cynch super admins can access all organizations to administer and support the service.

Product scope

This release does not parse lists, operate building systems, track live locations, make safety decisions, or run AI analysis. Previews are illustrative. Planned capabilities may change. Do not rely on this onboarding service for emergency response, life safety, regulatory certification, or maintenance execution.

Plans and payments

Registration is free. Published monthly prices are Basic $349.88, Larger $949.88, and Enterprise $1,988 in USD. Annual prepaid prices are $3,778.70, $10,258.70, and $21,470.40 respectively, reflecting a 10% discount before applicable taxes. Every tier includes unlimited assets and users. Upload limits still apply. Hardware, installation, and custom integrations are separately scoped.

Saving a tier, cadence, PO reference, or card preference is not an order, subscription, invoice, or payment authorization. Paid activation requires a separate agreement covering scope, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. We do not collect card numbers here.

Availability and conduct

The early service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for safety-critical use. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another organization’s records. We may suspend access for abuse. Contact support for correction, export, or deletion requests. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These launch terms require final business and legal review before paid service activation.
