Free registration with email verification, passwordless sign-in, organization creation, admins and users, invitations, private list uploads and pasted-email intake, submission history, and plan/PO/card preference capture. Exact verified identities dan@cynch.me and steven@cynch.me are designated super admins across organizations. Each person must verify their own email.

In development

AI parsing and analysis; asset management; work orders; preventive maintenance; RFID/RTLS; barcode/QR operations; IoT and building connections; inspections; compliance; vendors; inventory; energy; space; condition assessment; and capital planning. The public floor plan and sample insights are illustrative. No operational data connections are active.

Payments

No payment is collected and no subscription starts during registration. PO invoicing, card checkout, subscription activation, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will be implemented separately. Annual plans require payment in advance to qualify for 10% savings. Unlimited assets and users are included in all tiers; hardware, installation, and custom integrations are separately quoted.

Uploading or emailing lists

After verification, submit lists through your organization’s workspace. Supported files: CSV, XLSX, XLS, PDF, TXT, EML, DOCX. Up to ten files and 15 MB combined per submission. You can paste an email or upload an EML file. Receiving a list does not mean it has been parsed or validated. For help, email support@cynch.fm; support mail does not automatically create a tenant.

Safety and privacy

Do not submit patient information, health records, passwords, or card details. The onboarding service is not an emergency, life-safety, regulatory certification, or maintenance decision system. No AI analysis runs on your submissions in this phase. Privacy and contractual terms will be reviewed before paid activation.
